Common questions
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. You get 30 days free. Add your card any time before the trial ends to keep going. If you don’t, your account pauses and your records are kept.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from the Plan & billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Who do the emails come from?
- Your workshop. Customers see your workshop’s name, phone number and address, and their replies go to your own email.
- Is my customers’ information safe?
- Each workshop only ever sees its own records, and we never sell or share them. Read the privacy policy for the details.
